I feel really blessed, because I got a opportunity to write about these compassionate people. The first lady you can see in the above picture is Kamala Pujari, she is originally from Odisha’s Koraput district, this 69-year-old women has been preserving more than a hundred traditional paddy varieties, in addition to several endangered species , she is prominently agricultural activist.

The second lady you can see in the above picture is Saalumarada Thimmakka, has emerged to become one of the most prominent environmentalists from Karnataka, and shot to fame for planting and nurturing 365 banyan trees along a 4km highway stretch

The third lady you can see in the above picture is Chinna Pillai, she became the first voice of dissent in a rural settlement of Pullucheri in the Madurai district, with her constant questions and demands for fair wages ,she soon rose to become a labour contract leader.

The fourth person you can see in the above picture is Daitari Naik, he carved out a three-kilometer canal from the Gonasika mountains. This canal now provides water to about 100 acres of land

Speaking about the picture, it is a priceless and most privilege picture, they all are recipient of Padma Sri award , they are altruistic and having a big heart , we are inspired by these people, they are the real life heroes.
